I’m constantly inspired by the way architecture and design can shape a wedding story. Our editorial hosted and designed by Pink Wasabi at the Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) was the perfect fusion of Palm Springs chic and Miami’s iconic modern backdrop which created an artful balance of bold details and timeless sophistication.
The editorial played with architectural shapes and pops of vibrant orange to create a fresh, elevated aesthetic. From the bride’s chic orange shoes to the playful, sculptural bouquet designed by Flower Fanatic, every detail was crafted to bring energy and modern style into the space. The unique handheld bouquet became a statement piece in itself—minimal, structured, and unforgettable.
For portraits, we embraced the museum’s lush hanging gardens, capturing soft and romantic moments that contrasted beautifully with the clean architectural lines of the building. The bride’s portraits among the greenery were some of the most striking of the day, embodying both elegance and boldness.
The reception design combined velvet green tablecloths with orange-toned tableware, creating a vibrant yet sophisticated tablescape. It was a modern twist on tropical-inspired styling, perfect for couples looking to make a statement with their wedding decor while keeping it refined.
Couple portraits took place on the museum’s balcony overlooking Biscayne Bay, with sweeping views of the water and Miami’s downtown skyline. The backdrop of the city added a contemporary and urban edge, making this editorial both stylish and distinctly Miami.
This editorial proves that wedding design can be both artful and approachable. By blending bold color pops with architectural beauty and refined textures, the look felt modern, elegant, and uniquely South Florida.
If you’re dreaming of a wedding that blends art, architecture, and personality, the Pérez Art Museum Miami is the perfect venue to bring that vision to life.
